Who can use YOUHERE

You must be 18 or older. YOUHERE creates interactive characters that can hold long-running, personal worlds, and that is not a product for minors.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your credentials to yourself.

What you upload

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: storing your files, generating from them, and showing the result back to you.

If a photo or video contains a real person, you must either be that person or have their permission. We record which of those you declared, when, and from what address. This is not a formality — it is what we rely on when someone asks us to take a character down.

We do not use your private characters, worlds, or memories to train models.

What you may not do

Impersonate a real person without their permission. Create sexual content involving anyone who has not consented, or any content involving minors. Defraud, harass, blackmail, or manipulate. Impersonate public figures to make it appear they said something they did not.

Accounts doing any of the above are suspended without refund, and where the law requires it, reported.

AI-generated content

Everything a character says or does is generated. It is not a real person speaking, it is not advice, and it is not a record of anything that happened. Generated images and video are labelled as AI-generated and carry that metadata in the file.

Do not rely on a character for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

Payment and credits

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Quotas reset each billing period; add-on packs do not expire while your subscription is active.

Generation costs us money whether or not you like the result, so credits spent on a completed generation are not refundable. A generation that fails on our side is released back to you automatically.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your characters, worlds, memories, and uploaded files, including from backups on our normal backup rotation.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we shut the service down, we will give notice and a window to export your data.
